How we can help

Benllech and District Good Turn Scheme volunteers help local people in Benllech, Moelfre, Marianglas, Brynteg, Llanbedergoch, Red Wharf Bay and Pentraeth, who, due to illness or incapacity, could do with a hand performing everyday tasks including:

 

  • Food Shopping

  • Doctors, dentist & hospital appointments

  • Bank/Building Society visits

  • Home visits

  • Help with form filling & writing.

Scheme History

The Benllech & District Good Turn Scheme was originally formed in August 2000 and it’s main aim was to motivate local people to help local people.

Monthly meetings are held on Tuesday mornings in the Benllech Community & Ex-Servicemen’s Hall
